How California Democrats´ Majority can give President Trump Four More Years

The real facts that are being kept a virtual secret by mainstream media channels such as CNN and New York Times, show that the legal challenges against voter fraud in numerous states of USA may force massive rejection of fake votes and fraudulent mail-in handling in numerous states.

It is an absolute possibility that President Donald Trump will be declared the winner of the 2020 Presidential Election.

Trump´s legal counsel, Rudy Giuliani, former New York Mayor, as well as Jenna Ellis, Fellow in Constitutional Law and Policy, are laying out the facts now. There will be several legal battles leading up to the official state certification of the state electors who are being sent to the Electoral College on December 14th. There will be a total of 538 electors. If it ends in a tie, the matter will be sent to the House of Representatives who will decide the matter on January 5th.

Wikipedia describes this:

In the United States, a contingent election is the procedure used to elect the president or vice president in the event that no candidate for one or both of these offices wins an absolute majority of votes in the Electoral College. A presidential contingent election is decided by a special vote of the United States House of Representatives, while a vice-presidential contingent election is decided by a vote of the United States Senate. During a contingent election in the House, each state's delegation casts one en bloc vote to determine the president, rather than a vote from each representative. Senators, on the other hand, cast votes individually for vice president. The contingent election process was originally established in Article Two, Section 1, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution.

Hence, the California election result for the House, which presently stands at 42 Democrats and 8 Republicans, will count as only one - 1 - vote. That wipes out the numerical lead of the Democrats in the House.

California could in effect «give» four more years to President Donald Trump.
