I was contacted by the Vice-President of the Polish judicial think tank in Warsaw, Ordo Iuris, Mr. Jerzy Kwasniewski, who visited Oslo this week to assist families under persecution from the Norwegian Barnevernet (Child Protection System).

Using my iphone at an open air cafeteria on the main street, Karl Johans gate, I asked him about the Polish constitutional rights of families, and the Polish CPS, as well as his understanding of legal challenges in Norway, and the cases against Norway at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. He also discusses the stance of Polish medical doctor in Norway, Ms. Katarzyna Jachimowicz, who has lost her job because of her conscience.

Mr. Kwasniewski is a lawyer and advocate, partner in Parchimowicz & Kwasniewski Law Firm in Warsaw, and serves on Poland´s Council for Protection of Families’ Autonomy, as well as the Monitoring Council for the Prevention of Domestic Violence.
