I have followed US Presidential and Congressional Elections closely since the 1960´s. Discussing with my missionary dad in Bangkok, Thailand in the 1960´s and in Oslo, Norway in the 1970´s. And as a grown man during my studies in California in the 1980´s, and since then in my professional, pastoral life. I have visited the US Congress and Supreme Court numerous times during the past 30 years, having had meaningful conversations with senators and House representatives.

I have always been bewildered by the seeming lack of election integrity in the US. There have been rumors and rumblings on both the Democrat and the Republican sides, but nobody has been willing to get to the bottom of it.

Republicans have hardly been better. Although I have supported Republican candidates for the past 40 years, I have not been impressed by their willingness to bring significant reform. Democrats, of course, have been much worse.

Trump´s Track Record

But with President Donald Trump this has changed. He is not a perfect man. I have NEVER prophesied his victories, neither in 2016 nor in 2020. I have simply observed the facts.

  • President Trump´s track record on international peace is far better than any former president since Ronald Reagan. He has not started a single war.
  • President Trump´s track record on nominating constitutionally based, principled judges for the Supreme Court and the courts surpasses any other president.
  • President Trump´s track record on the US economy and job creation for all races surpasses everyone.

Voter Fraud

I have also studied and watched documented facts and public hearings on voter fraud after the 2020 Presidential Election, and I am impressed by the work that Trump´s legal team has done.

The denial so far of the Supreme Court to even deal with the matters, is a disgrace, and shows a lack of courage and integrity. Until now they have set aside the cases based on «procedure», not based on the Constitution.

Congress

But the battle for President Trump´s second term on January 20th, 2021 is not over!

Missouri's Senator Josh Hawley says he has election integrity concerns, and he will ensure that the Senate has to have a full deliberation on January 6th. This could even take days.

A group of Republicans in the lower chamber of Congress, the House of Representatives, is also planning to contest the election results.

Inauguration Day will be on January 20th.

New Party?

If the Republicans in the Senate and House do not handle the Presidental Election with integrity, I have no doubt that President Trump will run again in four years. Probably with a new political party that will become a dominant force for decades to come. It will certainly hit both Republicans and Democrats hard.

January 6th, 2021 could create history!
